Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 vs Z Flip 3 comparison
Samsung has unveiled Galaxy Z Flip 4 on its Samsung Unpacked event on 10 Aug 2022. The price starts from $999 for 8GB RAM 128GB storage variant, same as Z Flip 3 when it launched last year. Z Flip 4 has latest Processor with the design and screen size being same as Galaxy Z Flip 3. Samsung has literally no competitors in this segment and it is a strong motivation for Samsung to have only limited incremental changes. Some of the major changes include slimmer hinge, more features for secondary screen such as ability to send quick text messages or replies, make calls, access settings, widgets, new colors, uses Matte glass instead of shiny glass from Z Flip 3 etc. Samsung claims that the screen of Z Flip 4 is 45% stronger than its predecessor. Also, the screen beside rear camera (secondary screen) is now Super clear glass with Corning® Gorilla® Glass. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available for Pre-booking from 16 Aug in most of the countries. However, we call this device Galaxy Z Flip 3S.
